先週末、とある会合でレアな日本酒を頂きました…！
その名も「望（のぞみ）」。

浪江町のお米からとれ、限定出荷されている日本酒。

鈴木酒造という浪江から現在山形へ拠点を移し
製造している酒造の商品で、
「希望」にちなんで2種類のお酒があります。

「伝統継承という命題」「人が集う場を酒を通じて作る」
浪江町が抱える大きな課題を、
色んな人が色んな分野からアプローチしながら
見えないけど何か大きなものを守ってるんだな、と思いました。

味はコメの味か感じれる甘くて飲みやすい！
2度目を期待して、仕事頑張ります(笑)

I had got a sake of the town in the Fukushima not for sale.

This is “Nozomi” (it means hope in English).

Material is used from Namie towm where is red zone at the present.

The company president making it says
we faces to Traditional succesion problem and
wants to make the communication place through the sake.

There are many people to solve Big problems in Namie town.

This tasted sweet by rice
